Dear Lorie and Lisa,

Just wanted to thank you again for doing such a great job at my late Uncle’s estate.  James and I appreciated the fact that you were so kind and professional in our time of need. You told us we could call during the process in the event we needed a value on any item, and you went so far as to contact us when you found a particular item of value so that we wouldn’t have squandered it away by accident, very thoughtful of the two of you.  You came through on your timeline as you stated it to us from the beginning and your were done a week earlier than expected, great job.
